Work with us.
Three ways an organization can engage, each labelled with where it stands today.
OrganizationsSovereign deployments Available for conversation
For companies and institutions that want an AI holding their institutional memory without surrendering it to a platform. An engagement today: a scoping conversation, then a pilot on your infrastructure or ours, then operation — and, if you choose, migration or exit with your data intact.
We price deployment, integration, migration and operation. We never price the impossibility of leaving.
Best fit today: organizations in Japan and Nepal with a concrete need for private, auditable AI inside their own walls.
PartnersTransparent referral partnerships Partner discussion
When Sathi refers a person to a real-world service their life needs, we may earn a disclosed commission. The pledge that governs every such partnership:
- Never advertising. No placement, no targeting, no engagement machinery.
- Announced publicly, by name. Who the partner is, what we are paid, per what.
- Reviews published unedited. Praise and complaints stand together.
- A commission never reorders advice. Where the two conflict, the commission loses — in public.
No partnership is signed today. Candidates are not named until they are partners.

Not yet. The first speaker unit is a rehearsal on open hardware; manufacturing follows only when the product earns it.
RevenueHow we earn
Individuals and families use Sathi free, and that does not change with a pricing page — individuals are not the product. The company's intended revenue lines:
- Sovereign deployments
- In development pilots by conversation
- Physical interfaces
- Experimental nothing sold
- Transparent referral partnerships
- None signed
The same statement appears on sathi.ai/about. If the two ever disagree, that is a defect — tell us.
